Mayor Keith Summey of the City of North Charleston issued a proclamation declaring the month of June as Better Communication Month and June 01, 2010 as Say Something Nice Day. He presented the proclamation to Dr. Mitch Carnell at the regular city council meeting on May 27th.The mayor made several remarks urging all citizens to take an active part and to treat all people with respect.
